Cherki runs a full-fledged bar that is robust and time-tested by many years of Singaporean bartending experience from our sister bar – Hopscotch, a house name in the craft cocktails scene. The bar programme at Cherki is similarly dedicated, and is meticulously developed by forerunners of the cocktail scene here in Singapore. We strive to be at the front of product knowledge, cocktail innovation, presentation, flavour pairings, and most importantly, hospitality.
We believe that beverages are an important part of the dining experience, so we put in a lot of time and effort in conceptualising and creating this beverage menu. It is comprehensive and replete with a plethora of beverages including; craft cocktails; classic cocktails; draught beer; wine; mocktails; Italian espresso; and artisanal tea. You definitely won’t be finding yourself leaving Cherki, thirsty.

Cocktails so unique you’ll find them almost nowhere… each imbued with stories of Peranakan heritage and culture… and each painstakingly crafted with dedication and love.
The cocktails developed, are meant to provide a multi-sensory experience – from how they look, to how they are presented to you, and most importantly, how they taste. We want to tell a story with our drinks, to deliver nuggets of our heritage that is slowly forgotten with time.
You’ll find some of the cocktails oddly familiar, many of them inspired by places, traditional practices, old-school desserts and local ingredients. For those who are curious, hazard a guess on what the story behind the tipples are and ask us! We pride ourselves on having some of the most unique cocktails around, and we’re certain you’ll experience a cocktail adventure like no other.
