Dong Po Beef Short Rib Leaf Bun $19 (3pcs)
Indulge in tender, braised Dongpo beef short ribs nestled in a soft, pillowy leaf bun. Layered with crisp lettuce, salted chilli for a touch of heat, and the tangy crunch of pickled red radish, this dish is a perfect balance of savoury and spicy.
Pen Cai Chou Farci $38 (3-4pax)
A symbol of abundance and prosperity, this dish combines five treasured ingredients—each representing a traditional blessing. Simmered in superior conpoy sauce and wrapped in nappa cabbage, this dish celebrates life’s blessings, perfect for sharing!
Peranakan Roasted Porchetta $36 (3-4pax)
Savour crispy roasted Porchetta, paired with fragrant braised yam glutinous rice and shredded roast duck confit. Finished with a tangy mandarin-char siu sauce and a refreshing pomelo and daikon relish, this flavourful platter is definitely a treat to share!
And of course, we can’t forget our Nyonya Yu Sheng! Featuring a traditional mix of vibrant ingredients, this platter includes tempura crisps for a delightful crunch, shredded kaffir lime leaves for a fragrant zest, and angel beans paired with the refreshing aroma of grated ginger flower. Topped with premium smoked salmon and tender sliced abalone, this Yu Sheng is the perfect balance of flavours and textures to kickstart a prosperous year with family and friends.
